Initially, I was a big skeptic of acupuncture in general, but someone recommended that it could help with my my sleeping problems. Since starting acupuncture with Anna about six months ago, I have been sleeping wonderfully and feel refreshed each morning. It's the first time in a very long time that this has happened.
